By completing your booking, you agree to the following cancellation and payment terms.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@pausefloral.com. Because seats are strictly limited and other applicants may have been turned away to secure your place, cancellations within 2 weeks of the workshop date result in 100% forfeiture of the full workshop investment. This is further due to suppliers being contracted and paid in full at the 2-week mark. No exceptions can be made.

Non-Transferability

Bookings are personal and non-transferable. Your confirmed date cannot be transferred to a future workshop date.

Payment Fees

Any banking charges, cash deposit fees, or international transfer costs are for the account of the student. When instructing your bank or institution to make payment, please ensure all transfer fees are covered by the sender so that Pause Floral receives the full invoice amount.
