Pause 12 Workshop

Three days, one transformation

Each day builds on the last. By the final afternoon you won't just arrange flowers differently — you'll think about them differently.

01
Foundations & Philosophy

Arriving into the world of Pause

Day one is about slowing down and opening up. We introduce you to our philosophy of restraint and intention, share our design language, and get your hands into flowers from the first hour.

  • Arrival, coffee & introductions
  • Floristry 101 — principles & elements of design
  • Table flowers & styling: theory, demo & your own arrangements
  • Phone photography session
02
Design & Tablescapes

Finding your design voice

Day two dives deeper into structure and scale. We explore how to design a cohesive wedding world — from ceremony to reception — and introduce vessel work, tablescapes, and designing with intention.

  • Tablescape design — bridal & guest tables
  • Working with footed vessels & low arrangements
  • Colour story & palette building
  • Aisle & ceremony space florals
  • Freelancing etiquette & client relationships
  • Hydration chamber & personal flowers
03
Installations & Editorial

The grand finale

Day three is the crescendo. Large-scale installations — arches, hanging structures, ceiling work — culminating in a full styled editorial shoot featuring the work of every student. This is the day you'll remember forever.

  • Arch & ceremony structure installations
  • Mechanics for hanging & ceiling work
  • Full styled editorial shoot with photographer
  • Professional portraits with your arrangements
  • Professional photos of your work
