A fully immersive floral workshop at Laborie Wine Estate, Paarl. Intimate. Intentional. Transformative. Join Anli and Amanda for three days of hands-on mastery, creative unblocking, and the kind of connection that only happens when florists share everything.
Each day builds on the last. By the final afternoon you won't just arrange flowers differently — you'll think about them differently.
Day one is about slowing down and opening up. We introduce you to our philosophy of restraint and intention, share our design language, and get your hands into flowers from the first hour.
Day two dives deeper into structure and scale. We explore how to design a cohesive wedding world — from ceremony to reception — and introduce vessel work, tablescapes, and designing with intention.
Day three is the crescendo. Large-scale installations — arches, hanging structures, ceiling work — culminating in a full styled editorial shoot featuring the work of every student. This is the day you'll remember forever.
Three full days. Limited seats. A complete, curated experience — from the first stem to the final editorial image. Here's exactly what's included.
Every stem, vessel, and piece of foliage is provided. Seasonal blooms sourced specifically for each workshop. Your secateurs come adorned with a personalised leather tag.
Full day hands-on tuition. Techniques, design philosophy, and business insights — with generous Q&A time built in throughout.
Beautifully set tables. Styled lunch every day. All refreshments, coffee, and tea throughout. The table itself is part of the teaching — we eat the way we arrange.
Every technique, every concept, every piece of wisdom — documented in your Pause workbook and yours to keep forever.
The grand finale. Your arrangements are photographed professionally. Professional photos of your work — ready for your portfolio, website and social media.
Sponsor gifts from hand-picked local South African brands. Leather-tagged secateurs, artisan candles, handmade ceramics, and more.
